Poor customer service!
After receiving a faulty tree I was advised I could return it & receive a refund. I followed the instructions of the company’s preferred courier APC
(I had to use a tree bag that I had purchased as the original box had been destroyed), the tree was collected and scanned into APC’s system.

Unfortunately the tree did not arrive at it’s destination & CTW refused to return my £200 until such date that it arrived.
After repeated chasing I had no choice but to take legal advice & it was confirmed the onus is on the supplier once the tree was collected & not my responsibility, however the lawyer suggested that I speak with APC Couriers to ask for help in locating it.
I was lucky enough to speak to a helpful APC manager who was able to send me a screen shot proving the collection had taken place and where it was located. At no time did CTW address this with APC for themselves and therefore if I had not been able to do this for myself I would still not have my refund.
Please think carefully before shopping with CTW!
Their product is nice but your experience will rely on everything going to plan and no issues to deal with.

I am really thrilled with the tree was nervous about buying on line, but after i read the reviews it put my mind at rest. All who see the tree say the shape is lovely. I brought the 7 foot tree and it is brilliant.

Great company who delivered our tree in good time. I can highly recommend the 18ft Arbor Vitae Fir Tree. It look great in our new church building and the community love it. A great start to Christmas.

The tree has only been up for a little over a week but has already received years worth of positive comments from family, friends and clients of my wife's Sports Massage & Holistic Therapies business, both in person and via social media. Everybody wants to know where the tree is from!

Possibly the most touched and scrutinised tree for miles around as everyone refuses to believe that its manmade. Several people have even asked what I am feeding and watering the tree to keep it looking so lush and alive, as theirs dulls and sheds needles from the off or those with poor manmade variants look, well... manmade.

This tree is outstanding value for money compared with the competition. Second to none for quality, shape, realism, ease and convenience of erection, including no need to faff about with wires, unnecessary car journeys to collect and dispose of and so on.

With historic experience of both of real and manmade pre-lit trees to compare this one to, I would highly recommend this tree to even the most fastidious purchaser. It is the best tree we have had yet!

We bought the 6ft Arbor Christmas tree and the recommended baubles.
The tree looks fantastic, easy to put up and it really is a very good quality tree.
Ordering and delivery were easy.
Certain recommend this company and this tree.

Last year we bought a beautiful prelit tree from Christmas Tree World. It was beautiful and very lifelike. It was used for around 3 weeks then taken down and packed away. This year we set it up again but the lights failed after about 30 mins. So after just 3 weeks use in total it failed - we were not impressed. We contacted the company on Saturday afternoon, received a response on Sunday morning (wow!), undertook some diagnostics as advised and was told a replacement part would be sent. Monday morning we received confirmation of despatch. Very impressive customer service, very friendly people and very happy customer.

This tree is stunning! What else needs to be said! Very realistic and high quality item with the perfect Christmas tree look and shape. We have had so many comments from guests saying how real it looks. Very happy customers and would recommend CTW without hesitation.

First time i have ordered a tree on line , it was delivered earlier than expected and it's amazing . It looked fantastic with just the lights on . Best christmas tree i've had by far , i only wish i had a dining room so i could order another x

Ordered a 8ft Arbor Vitae tree very quick with delivery it arrived the next day I bought it in august so had a few months wait to put tree up it did not disappoint I loved how thick and bushy it was and it was a lovely shaped tree,I had great fun dressing my tree for the grandchildren and seeing their faces with the finished product would highly recommend the 8ft Arbor Vitae tree you will not be disappointed fab tree.

The tree arrived promptly and in sturdy packaging. After sorting through the parts as per the colour coded instructions hubby and I soon got the idea of putting the tree together. How amazing to find that the tree was extremely bushy and natural looking. Visitors to our house are amazed that it is an artificial tree and one friend in particular is going to order one for next year. No pine needles to clear up!!

We shall be ordering another one for the conservatory next year.

The tree is slim, but not too slim that it looses its classic Christmas tree shape. This tree fits perfectly in the corner for which it was purchased for. It was so easy to erect, and the LED lights plug and socket system makes it very easy to connect all the lights up. You really can’t go wrong with this tree. I would recommend this tree for any Living room
